Response Times

Lunch Works aims to respond to all member and other enquiries as quickly as possible. The information below is a guideline.

Enquiries from our Guests will be attended to within 3 working days.

For Lunch Works Members

Emails to our support team regarding issues such as log-in problems, account settings, billing enquiries, icebreakers and messages, photo, technical support and other general enquiries are answered within 1 working day.

However, enquiries sent after 17:00 WDST may not receive a same day response, and those sent on public holidays and weekends may be attended to on the next business day.

Emails regarding reports of abuse or inappropriate behaviour are viewed as Top Priority. Any issues apparently threatening the safety or privacy of members are dealt with immediately.

Emails regarding any other query are responded to within 2 to 3 working days
