Photo Guidelines

There are two types of photos that can be displayed as part of your profile.  One is for your Main Profile Photo and the other is for use in your Photo Album.  Our guidelines for each are as follows.

Your Main Profile Photo needs to;

  • Be a current photograph of yourself that has a clear view of your face,
  • Be an actual photograph of you, and not a likeness,
  • Be of good quality (not blurred or fuzzy),
  • Be in jpg or jpeg format and be under 500 KB in size and at least 350 x 350 pixels.

Your Main Profile MUST NOT contain;

  • Nudity, semi-nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive content in any form,
  • Obscene or rude gestures,
  • Images of other people (it must always be of yourself, and only you),
  • Any contact or other identifying information,
  • People under the age of 18,
  • Any other content such as cartoons and illustrations,
  • Violent acts or other illegal activity.

Regarding your Photo Album, the guidelines are as above, however Lunch Works does allow photo montages of yourself, and we also permit action shots of yourself like those on your holidays or at that adventure weekend. While these types of pictures are accepted, it is still on the provision that they’re only of you, and include no other people in them.

At times and where applicable, Lunch Works will reserve the right to modify any photos it sees fit in order for acceptance and posting to the site. However, this is done in your best interests so that we may present your photo to members in its best light.

Use of the Lunch Works site is governed by our Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you have read our Terms & Conditions prior to joining.

If you have difficulties uploading your photo, we are happy to upload it for you. Please send it, together with your username to photos@lunchworks.com.au.  Alternatively, you can send in to us at PO Box 1000, Fremantle WA 6953.

NB. We do not enter into discussions about why a photo has not been approved.
